Golden Dolphins Swim Club 2014
WELCOME
The Golden Dolphins Summer Swim Club has something to offer swimmers of all abilities. Coached swimming is an excellent way to improve fitness, technique and confidence.
The club provides a fun team environment focusing on individual skills, goal setting and continued personal improvement. Our experienced coaches provide a fun, supportive and safe environment for regular weekly training sessions.
Members are encouraged to compete in regional and club mini-meets only after they have expressed their interest to do so. The club encourages all swimmers to attend regional swim meets throughout the 2014 season (May 20 - August 13) when possible.
Throughout the history of the Golden Dolphins Swim Club parents have administered the club, organized social activities and run swim meets. The club's ongoing success depends upon the participation of all parents. Please help when and where you can at swim meets and other organized activities.
Workshops for stroke and turn deck officials are run prior to our annual invitational swim meet. These informal workshops are usually held the evening before the swim meet. Taking part in the seminar is a fun way to learn more about the sport and what's important about each stroke.
